I’m struggling to see how to get to the correct answer. Can anyone walk me through it?
−1/3+(−8/5)÷5+(−4)(3+−11/5)+3÷2/3+[2+(−3)]
I might multiply the reciprocals for the divisions when i get to them.(’-8/5 × 1/5’, etc)Then give everything a common denominator. Then add&subtract(within the parentheses/brackets first) left to right? Keep PEMDAS in mind and remember a whole#'s denominator is a 1?(so 3-11/5 would be 45/15-33/15?)
Does that help?
