Knowing your brand/product and the audience to which you are presenting to can help build a strange rapport for you company. This will allow, you to understand them and vice versa. You will need to adjust accordingly, depending on your targeted audiences thought base.

Typically, I would set a plan out before executing the process. Do my research and figure the demographics for the targeted audience. Know my product very well; pros and cons. Make sure the cost is effective and not get in over my head. I would utilize the 4 w’s; who, what, when and where. Be sure to stay on target per the goal and have a communication ground to ensure everyone is on one accord.
