CUST105. 4.4: The Customer Service Career

If I were to advise a student on how to find a job in customer service and advance in career development, I will firstly advise the student to develop strong interpersonal and communications skills to be able to interact with customers effectively and efficiently. I will also advise a student to be tech savvy because most customer service work places uses technology communication such as e-mail , social media and customer relations management technology to interact with customers.

For career development, I will advise a student to stay updated with new technology skills and other advance customer service skills for potentially get hired into advance position .
