I prefer using the “Paper and Pen” method when organizing my to do list. I generally will write everything down on plain paper first then decide what I should put on my agenda/calendar that is my priority. My priority will include work schedule and any appointments. Anything that is not Urgent will be entered on my phone using the “Notes” app. as a reminder of things that I need to do this week.
I am a TOTAL Paper & pen to do list person! I also carry a paper yearly calendar in my shoulder bag daily. I am not “techie” and prefer old school. I like to see what I have to do and when. It is very satisfying when things are crossed off my lists!
