My top 10 distractions when managing my time are:
- Text messages
- Notifications on my phone.
- Household chores
- Household activity
- Looking for YouTube videos to watch while I work.
- Talking on the phone with my sister for too long.
- Not prioritizing.
What I plan to do to eliminate these distraccions is to work on it. It’s not going to be easy, because it takes time to change my patterns on the way I work. Also, I’m a house keeper, which makes it more difficult.
I need to follow my to do lists seriously, and use the Pomodoro technic on a daily basis.
