Time and stress management course - My top 10 distraccions

My top 10 distractions when managing my time are:

  1. YouTube
  2. Text messages
  3. Notifications on my phone.
  4. Household chores
  5. Household activity
  6. Multitasking
  7. Looking for YouTube videos to watch while I work.
  8. Instagram.
  9. Talking on the phone with my sister for too long.
  10. Not prioritizing.
    What I plan to do to eliminate these distraccions is to work on it. It’s not going to be easy, because it takes time to change my patterns on the way I work. Also, I’m a house keeper, which makes it more difficult.
    I need to follow my to do lists seriously, and use the Pomodoro technic on a daily basis.
    Any thoughts on what can help me?
