Uncontrolled Stress-a Menace


Have you ever found yourself between a hard place and a rock. 3 years ago I was in an unforeseen dilemma. I got late on settling my house rental bill and the land lord set me up with the auctioneers. I lost everything that I had worked for and became stressed to a point of almost hopelessness. So how did I overcome this dark period?
1). I joined a religious prayer group and opened up on what was affecting me. (this will work for those who believe in a deity!);
2). I started practicing yoga as a way of calming my brain;
3). Developed a habit of doing nature walks in order to unwind;
4). Eating nutritious foods worked wonders.
